Michael Margrave has a serious hobby that conjures up images of Atlas Shrugged and a seemingly lost form of long distance transportation in America. Michael owns a private rail car and travels frequently with an association of fellow rail car owners called AAPRCO. This group was featured on The Travel Channel's "Tricked Up Trains" Program on Sunday, March 3rd. Michael's railcar has been hooked to the Union Pacific and Canadian Pacific for Cross Continental Rail trips to places untraveled by the automobile.

Kathleen Peddicord has been researching, writing, speaking, and presenting on the topics of living, retiring, and investing overseas for more than 28 years. Her newest book, "How To Buy Real Estate Overseas," is the culmination of decades of personal experience living and investing around the world. Kathleen has moved children, staff, enterprises, household goods, and pets from the East Coast of the United States first to Waterford, Ireland, then, seven years later, to Paris, France, and, most recently, to Panama City, Panama.
